A wine composed of 100% Cabarnet Franc grapes from a selected vineyard in Safsufa (Upper Galilee).
The vineyard is of an exceptional quality and yields only 500 kilos of grapes per dunam (1,000 square meters).  The grapes were hand-picked and transferred to the winery for processing.

The wine was aged for 16 months in quality oak barrels and another 20 months after bottling.
This wine is produced in cooperation with Shiloh Winery and Wine&Friends.

This wine is kosher.
