A blend made of 90% Cabarnet, 7% Shiraz, and 3% Chardonnay.

The Cabarnet is from the Shiloh region and spent 16 months in barrels, the Shiraz is from the North and spent 18 months in barrels, and the Chardonnay is from Dolev’s 2010 harvest.  The wine was aged as a blend for half a year and was subsequently bottled.  It is a soft and delicate wine with coffee and vanilla flavors and an itch of forest fruits.  This wine is made in cooperation with Shiloh Winery and Wine&Friends.
