A quality blend made of 60% Merlot grapes from a selected vineyard in Metulla and the Ben Zimra vineyard, 25% Cabarnet Sauvignon grapes from the Ben Zimra vineyard in Upper Galilee, 5% Petit Verdot grapes from a Metulla vineyard, 5% Fumé Blanc grapes from the Ben Zimra vineyard, and 5% Cabarnet Franc grapes from Safsufa.  The blend is a quality combination of three wine plots known for the high quality of their grapes and the quality terroir that they show.  The wine was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and was subsequently bottled.  It has rich flavors but is very delicate and not aggressive due to the Merlot’s leading position in the blend we created.
