Emmanuel is a unique blend made of a combination of four varieties: 50% Cabarnet Sauvignon; 30% Shiraz; 17% Merlot; and 3% Chardonnay. The grapes are from the Ben Zimra (Upper Galilee), Dolev (Upper Galilee), and Shiloh (Samaria) vineyards. The wine was aged twice. First, it underwent varietal aging for eight months, and after the blend was created, it spent 22 additional months in high-quality French oak barrels. The wine has a palate of forest fruits, blueberries, and vanilla. It is very delicate, very accessible, and delicious when drunk. The wine has a potential for improvement and aging over the next years.
This wine is kosher.
