A unique blend that comprises 60% Cabarnet Sauvignon grapes from the Ben Zimra vineyard, 25% Merlot grapes from quality vineyards in Metulla and from the Ben Zimra vineyard, 5% Cabarnet Franc grapes from a Safsufa vineyard, 5% Petit Verdot grapes from a vineyard in Metulla, and 5% Fumé Blanc grapes from the Ben Zimra vineyard.  The blend is a quality combination of three quality wine plots known for the high quality of their grapes and the terroir that they show.  The wine was aged for 18 months in selected oak barrels prior to bottling.  It has fragrances of coffee, vanilla, and black pepper that appear together with fruity aromas.
