61% Cabarnet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, and 11% Petit Verdot, exclusively from adult grapevines grown in plots located in Dishon and Ben Zimra (Upper Galilee) and Mata (Judean Hills) vineyards.
In 2008, after ten years of doing, learning, and paying attention to the smallest details, we felt it was time to create the wine we had dreamt about for years, a wine that would tell the unique story of the harvest year, the story of the meeting of man, soil, climate, and grapevine. Long years of tracking the development of the grapevines in these plots allow us to distill that which is excellent from whatever is already the best.
85% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot, and 5% Cabarnet Sauvignon originating in Ben Zimra (Upper Galilee) vineyard’s best plots.
This rich and complex wine is the result of a strict grapevine cultivation regime and especially low crop yields. An extrovert and powerful Merlot characterized by fruity and flowery aromas, pronounced flavors of fruits and spices, and a long, soft, and mineral finish.
