Kinor David Winery

Cabarnet Pinot Noir 2006

Kinor David (David’s Violin) Winery’s Cabarnet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir grapes enjoy a long ripening period in the warm days and cool nights of southern Mount Hebron.  At an altitude of 985 m, a cold breeze blows in from Israel’s coastline.  The ideal climate brings the fruit to its full flavor potential and provides rich fragrances and aromas of black fruits, blueberries, cherries, plums, caramel flavors, and vanilla scents.  This combination of varieties results in significant contributions in terms of color, flavors, and aromas.  The wine was aged for about 24 months in French oak barrels.  It is recommended to be served with red meat meals, seasoned poultry, and rich cheeses.

This wine is kosher.
