Kinor David Winery
Kinor David Winery’s Cabarnet Sauvignon grapes enjoy a long ripening period in the warm days and cool nights of southern Mount Hebron. At an altitude of 985 m, a cold breeze blows in from Israel’s coastline. The ideal climate brings the fruit to its full flavor potential and provides rich fragrances and aromas of black pepper and black and red cherries. The wine has a good, solid, and balanced body. It has a deep yet strong red color, and a full and fresh flavor with a pleasant finish. The wine was aged for about 5 months in French oak barrels. It is recommended to be served with aromatic cheeses, pâté, desserts, and different types of fat foods.
This wine is kosher.
