Psagot Winery
Single Vineyard 2009
This wine is an expression of the unique soil on which the vineyard was grown, a rare combination of contrasts in wonderful harmony – grandiloquence and gentleness, power and tenderness, richness of flavors and dominance.
This rich wine has a purple-crimson color and is characterized by deep and full aromas and flavors of ripe forest fruits developed during a prolonged aging, and a deep finish that lingers on for a long time.
The wine was aged for 13 months in French wooden barrels, inside an old cave from the Second Temple era discovered during the construction of the winery. The natural humidity conditions and constant temperature aided this fine wine’s quality aging process.
This wine is kosher.
